PROJECT BRIEF:
Given a chef from the show "Chef's Table," I had to design a restaurant that showcases the chef's specific cuisine. Christina Tosi was my
creative pastry chef, I created a narrative, picked a site, and designed the ideal restaurant space that seats over 250 people.
CONCEPT:
This restaurant is designed for Christina Tosi and her pastry brand: "Milk Bar." It is unconventional like her cooking, playful and fun just like her personality, and maximalist yet elevated overall. With a colorful color scheme and bright neon signs, this design helps Christina create a place that is entirely hers.
